Weekly Youth Update: 7/21 - 7/27

The Homeland Park youth have a big week ahead!

First, our regular Bible study is Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30! The Family Life Center opens at 6:00 for anyone wanting to shoot basketball and hang out. Invite your family and friends for what is always a fun time of fellowship, growth, and fun!

Second, our NASCAR night is this Saturday night, July 26, from 5:30 – 11:30 PM! Please meet at the church 5:30 Saturday night so that we may leave at 6:00. We will grab dinner on the way and arrive at the track around 7:30. Racing begins at 8:00 and finishes at 10:30. We should arrive back at the church around 11:30 that night. If you want to attend, please send me an email to let me know! You will need to bring $10 for your ticket, about $10 for lunch (plus extra money if you want concessions), and the signed permission forms! We hope to see you there!

The last event for this week is our Summer Nights Alive Praise.  Our whole church will gather together for the Family Game Night and Finger Food fellowship! This will be during our normal Sunday night service, at 6:00, in the Family Life Center! All you need to do is bring your entire family and your favorite finger food dish if you can!

Finally, on July 30, we will have a youth movie night! The movie will start at 6:00 and we should finish around 8:30. Snacks will be provided.

If you have any questions, please email me at jason@homelandparkbc.org!

This ordinance is not for everyone.  This is only to be taken by those who are believers and accepted Jesus as their ultimate forgiver and leader.  To partake in this service in an unworthy state is sin. 1 Corinthians 11:27 (NLT) 27 So anyone who eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily is guilty of s
