Youth Minister Search Team Nominates Nathan O'Neill

The youth minister search team is presenting Nathan O’Neill as the candidate for our position of Youth Minister.  Nathan is from Summerville, SC and is currently a student at Anderson University. His experiences range from leading teenagers as a camp counselor to working as a Campus Life intern at AU. Nathan has a heart for encouraging teenagers in their faith and equipping them to be a part of the church as a whole.  In everything, his prayer is that his actions and the actions of the teens that he leads will bring glory to God and God alone.  He will marry the love of his life, Jody, in June.  The timeline of events are as follows:

April 3rd: Nathan and Jody will be introduced to our youth during Sunday morning at 9:30 Bible Study.  During the 10:30 worship service you will get to hear him share his testimony and vision for ministry. Following the service the church will vote on his call.

April 6:  6:30 Wednesday Night Fellowship / Reception - We are asking our church to bring finger foods, drinks and desserts as we welcome Nathan and Jody to our church.

April 10: Nathan’s first day on the field.

This ordinance is not for everyone.  This is only to be taken by those who are believers and accepted Jesus as their ultimate forgiver and leader.  To partake in this service in an unworthy state is sin. 1 Corinthians 11:27 (NLT) 27 So anyone who eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily is guilty of s
