All of the Christmas decorations have been packed, holiday food has been eaten, weight has been added and resolutions have been made.  Some tackle the new year with a fresh outlook, strong start and determined steps while others simply begin the same routine. The only difference between last year and this year is that a year has passed and they are still doing the same things. Paul encourages you as a Christian to look at life differently this year.  Do not simply go with everything the world tells you to value or achieve, but fix your gaze beyond this world. Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God. [Romans 12:2] God loves you and has a plan for you!  He has placed a calling on you to love Him more and love others.  It will take determination to “renew” our minds from thinking the way we always have.  Seek His wisdom and be brave enough to take advantage of

All In Leadership Meeting on January 10, 2015

Church-wide Leadership Meeting January 10th @ 4:30 PM In The Choir Room Can you believe a new year is here? We saw God do many great things in 2015 and we look forward to Him doing many more this year. Pastor James, Church Staff and Deacons are inviting all of those who have a position of leadership in our church to come to a meeting on Sunday, January 10, 2015 at 4:30pm in the choir room. If you have a task or title in the church you are invited. Even If you are praying about serving at HPBC this year, then you are invited as well! This will be an exciting time of encouragement and vision casting for the next year.

Share The Light of Christmas at Our Christmas Eve Service at 7:00pm

You are invited to our Christmas Eve Worship at Homeland Park Baptist Church. We will gather in the sanctuary for a brief time of worship and celebration of the most beautiful gift ever given, the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. Pastor James will also have a children’s message for all who attend. Dress for this service is “Christmas Casual” so bring your family to worship with your Homeland Park family. We hope to see you here.   "For a child will be born for us, a son will be given to us, and the government will be on His shoulders. Every little bit helps.  If you are not prepared to give Sunday, you can do so through the month of December.  Our goal is to reach $1,000.
