SUMMER SUNDAY NIGHTS ALIVE Family Game Night & Finger Foods Sunday, July 30th   6:00 PM We are inviting everyone to bring finger foods and desserts to share as we fellowship together at our family game night. You can participate in game night or just sit back enjoy, either way we are ready to have some family fun!

SUMMER SUNDAY NIGHTS ALIVE Movie Night Sunday, July 23rd   6:00 PM Showing at Homeland Park Baptist Church We return to the story of Grace Wesley, a Jr. High School teacher who is challenged for speaking of her faith to her students during a history lesson. Her love of teaching, her love for her students, and her love of life all come from the same place: her love of Christ. So when Brooke, a hurting student grieving the loss of her brother, reaches out to Grace, their coffee-shop conversation naturally leads to Grace sharing the hope she finds in Christ. For this, Grace faces an epic court case that could cost her the career she loves and expel God from the classroom and the public square once and for all! *A love offering will be collected to offset the license fees for showing the movie.

Mission Action Our Mission Action for the month of July will be school supplies. Items needed: Wide Ruled Notebook Paper, 3x5 Index Cards, Colored Pencils, Large & Small Glue Sticks, Hand Sanitizer (Small Bottles), Crayons, No. 2 Pencils, Mechanical Pencils, Small Student Scissors (Safety), Post It Notes, Dry Erasers, Earbuds, and Book Bags. Please leave these items in the Bible Study Office.    Operation Christmas Child The boxes for Operation Christmas Child are available to be picked up in the Bible Study Office. Thanks for filling these and please remember the $9 which is needed in each box. Do not include candy; toothpaste; used or damaged items; war-related items such as toy guns knives or military figures; seeds; chocolate or food; liquids or lotions; medications or vitamins; breakable items such as snow globes or glass containers; aerosol cans.       

On Sunday, June 11, 2017 during our morning worship service our HPBC Family spent the morning recognizing God's work among our young families and church. We prayed for these parents as they raise their beautiful children and promised before God to encourage and build them up.

NURSERY RENOVATIONS Our church has been blessed with increased attendance of young families with children. In an effort to accommodate the growth in this area we are establishing a designated line item for nursery renovations. Several of our members are willing to put in the work. We are praying for resources for items like paint, cribs, equipment and flooring. If God is leading you to give a gift above and beyond your tithe, our young families would appreciate it.

They can use: Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Individual Size Snacks (any kind), Canned Drinks, Combs, Brushes, Hand & Body Lotion, Denture Cups with Lids, Diabetic Candy, Moon Pies (any flavor), After Shave Splash or Lotion (Old Spice, English Leather, etc.), and Kleenex. Please leave any of these in the Bible Study Office.
