Turn Your Clocks Back and Come To Homcoming

Hello, this is your Pastor, I am excited to remind you that tomorrow morning will be our Homecoming Worship Celebration.  Bible Study will be at 9:30 for all ages with our worship service beginning at 10:30 am.  We are looking forward to seeing many who have been apart of our church family as well as meeting some new faces. Former pastor of our church, Dr. Wayne Dickard will be delivering a powerful message as well as some friends of our church will be singing.  Lunch will be in the Family Life Center after the service.  We are asking out folks to bring plenty of food to accommodate our guests.  Also, remember to set your clocks back one hour tonight.  Donna and I, look forward to worshipping with you and your family in the morning.  Come expecting a blessing! In Christ, Pastor James

Weekly Youth Update: 10/19-10/25

This past Sunday night, the Homeland Park youth joined other area churches for our yearly Saluda Baptist Association youth rally. Mosaic from Anderson University did an amazing job of leading us in worship and Tony Eubanks challenged us to put away what distracts us from full worship of God and to fully devote ourselves to Him! Pray with us that this night would lead to continued life change of the youth in our congregation and in those in our association. This week, we will start a new series in 2 Timothy. Join us on Wednesday night, from 6:30-7:30, as we study God’s Word! The gym opens at 6:00 for anyone wanting to hang out beforehand and we hope you invite your friends and family to join us. Finally, Sunday, November 1, Homeland Park Baptist Church is hosting homecoming. Join us as we celebrate God’s work in our congregation and as we prayerfully anticipate what He will continue to do in our lives! If you have any questions, please email me at jason@homelandparkbc.
