Weekly Youth Update: 8/11 - 8/17

After a busy and fun time this summer, we are getting ready to start school back! As one last summer celebration, the Homeland Park Youth will head to Cookout in Anderson for milkshakes during our normal meeting time, 6:30-7:30! Please bring $3-4 for your milkshake.

Next Wednesday, August 20, we will be starting a new semester together! I’ll post a fall schedule next week detailing more information about what’s in store for the fall semester.

Next Saturday, August 23, the Homeland Park youth will pass out flyers for the Fall Out of Summer Spectacular from 10 am – 12 pm. Our prayer is to meet people in our community and let them know about our big event, tell them about the church, and build deeper relationships with those in our community. We look forward to seeing the youth there and serving.

Finally, our Fall Out of Summer Spectacular is Sunday, August 24, from 5-7 pm. We’ll have a bounce house, games, food, and snow-cones among lots of other great things! Invite your friends and family to come for what is a great time of outreach and fellowship!

If you have any questions, please email me at jason@homelandparkbc.org!

This ordinance is not for everyone.  This is only to be taken by those who are believers and accepted Jesus as their ultimate forgiver and leader.  To partake in this service in an unworthy state is sin. 1 Corinthians 11:27 (NLT) 27 So anyone who eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily is guilty of s
