Weekly Youth Update: 3/23-3/29

This week, the Homeland Park Youth finish their series in Psalm 51 with a study of verses 14-19! This has been a great series understanding the depths of sin and the hope of God’s grace we have ultimately in Jesus. If you’d like to join us to finish the series, Bible study is Wednesday night in the Loft of the Family Life Center from 6:30-7:30! The gym opens at 6:00 for anyone wanting to hang out!

Saturday, April 4, is our 5-on-5 Basketball Tournament! We are partnering with Greater Love Bible Church to host the tournament and to minister to the community.

The tournament will be from 8 am – 4 pm that Saturday. You must be between ages 12-17 and must register your teams on Friday, April 3, to be eligible to play. Registration will be from 5pm – 6pm on Friday, April 3. To register to play, you must show a report card with either a school ID or driver’s license.

If you are an adult in our church and wondering how you can get involved, please let me know. Whether greeting visitors at the event, preparing the food, or just meeting and getting to know people in our community, we would love for you to be involved! If you are interested, please send me an email at jason@homelandparkbc.org!

We are excited at what God is doing in our church and the new opportunities we have to minister to the teens and families of the community! If you have any questions about the youth ministry, basketball tournament, serving, or anything else, please email at jason@homelandparkbc.org!
